Welcome to Real Deal Nails — a private, one-on-one nail studio in Rodeo, CA. Hi, I'm Erica! Real Deal Nails started as a personal journey to rediscover my creativity and passion for nails after becoming a mom. Navigating a gel allergy along the way showed me how important safe application really is, prompting me to open a studio dedicated to natural nail health, hard gel overlays, and allergy-conscious products to minimize exposure risks for my clients. As a licensed, detail-driven beginner artist, every appointment is unhurried and tailored to your nails. Whether you want a simple set or custom nail art, my studio is a calm space focused on clean prep and nail health. Before You Book: •By Appointment Only: Studio address and parking details are sent 24 hours before your appointment. •Weekends: Weekend appointments available upon request — send me a message to check availability. •First-Time Clients: Arriving with bare nails is strongly recommended so we can maximize our time on your new set and nail art. Removals are available, but foreign product removal may need to be scheduled as a separate appointment. (Removals are included for returning clients with my own work!) •Nail Art: Please email inspo photos to info@realdealnails.com ahead of time so I can set aside enough time for your set. •Model Services: Nail art and designs are not included with model services unless discussed and agreed on beforehand. •No Extra Guests: My studio is a private, one-on-one space, so please come solo — no additional guests, children, or pets. CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointments are reserved especially for you! I understand that life happens and plans change, so I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Late Cancellations (under 48 hours): Will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service total. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up without notice will be charged 100% of the service total. • Deposits: A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, which goes directly toward your total balance on the day of your service. • Late Arrivals: To ensure every client receives the full experience, arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust your service or reschedule, which may be treated as a late cancellation. • Guest Policy: This is a private, one-on-one home studio with limited seating. Please attend your appointment alone — I'm unable to accommodate extra guests, children, or pets. By booking, you agree to these terms.
